Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeavyAudio platform, including the web application, mobile application, and streaming service (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

WeavyAudio provides AI-generated background music for commercial venues under a subscription model. Music is streamed or cached to a dedicated playback device at your licensed location. All music is original and AI-generated — no human-authored compositions from third-party publishers or performing rights organizations (PROs) are included in the catalog.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are billed per location, per billing period (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize WeavyAudio to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice to your registered email address. If you do not cancel before a price change takes effect, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. License Grant

Subject to payment of all applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, WeavyAudio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to publicly perform the WeavyAudio catalog at the registered location(s) only. The license does not convey ownership of any music, and you may not redistribute, re-encode, re-broadcast, or sublicense the music.

4. Permitted Use

  • Background music playback at the named licensed location during operating hours.
  • Continuous streaming via the official WeavyAudio mobile application.
  • Offline caching to the authorised playback device for uninterrupted playback.

You may not: record or capture streamed audio; use the Service in an unlicensed location; share login credentials; or attempt to circumvent DRM or access controls.

5. AI Content & Originality

All music in the WeavyAudio catalog is generated by AI tools. WeavyAudio makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the catalog does not reproduce existing copyrighted works through similarity screening and human review. However, WeavyAudio makes no guarantee of absolute uniqueness and you assume any residual risk. See our AI Disclosure for details on the QA process.

6. Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@weavyaudio.com of any unauthorised access. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. WeavyAudio may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to the catalog ends and cached music becomes inaccessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeavyAudio's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. WeavyAudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." WeavyAudio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific track will remain in the catalog. Catalog content may change without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (for EU customers) and the State of Delaware (for US customers), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
